Possibly one of the most interesting hashtags on twitter right now is one that isn’t trending. The question is – why isn’t it trending? It has celebrity endorsement, humor, and insults – the normal criteria for any twitter trend. But for some odd reason, #NotIntendedToBeAFactualStatement isn’t trending – depsite the fact Stephen Colbert has tweeted it’s hashtag 29 times (as of 19:30 GMT) to his over 2 million followers.
